Become a customer at PePe Parts

How to become a customer at PePe Parts?

You can become a dealer at PePe Parts if you meet the following conditions:

  • We only deliver to two-wheeler dealers.
  • By two-wheeler dealers, we mean:
    • Chamber of Commerce with the correct business description.
    • Physical store with fixed normal opening hours.
Upon acceptance, our representative will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Stock and delivery time information

In the dealer portal, you will find information on stock and delivery times. You can view the current stock information:

  • If a product is not in stock, you can order it from us on backorder. Once the product is back in stock, it will be shipped to you.

How do I search for an item?

You can search in various ways using the search bar in our dealer portal: product name, brand, dimensions, category, and item number. Looking for a product but can't find it? Send us a message at verkoop@pepeparts.nl.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Receiving the confirmation email can sometimes take a bit of time. If you haven't received anything after half an hour, check your "Spam" folder. Occasionally, our emails are classified as spam by email providers. How to prevent emails from ending up in the spam folder by default? See here for solutions for Gmail and Outlook.

How can I return my order?

You can download the return form via this link. After correctly filling out the form, you can report the return via guarantee@pepeparts.nl. Please include a copy of the form with your returned product.

Are there any charges for returns?

You can review our return conditions in our terms and conditions and our return conditions. A unique decision is made for each situation.

What should I do if something is damaged during transport?

Send us an email to sales@pepeparts.nl with the order number, item number, and photos of the damaged product.

Delivery

Where is my order?

You can check the current status of your order through the Jouw PostNL platform using your tracking number.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. We operate on a "first come, first served" basis. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. PostNL delivers letters, cards, and envelopes in the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours. Using special shipping options? Then the delivery time may vary.

Where do I find my tracking code?

It is sent via email and can be found in the "My Orders" section of the merchant portal.

Who ships my package?

Package within the Netherlands: PostNL
Package outside the Netherlands: PostNL
International bulk transports: De Rooy Transport
Packages within the Netherlands: de Koomen Transport.
All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Heinenoord.
